5:30 - 6:30: Runners & Hurdlers (Speed Endurance)
6:30 - 7:30: Jumps & Throws (Final Approach Marks and Strategy) 

Thursday: Home Body Weight or Gym Strength Condition

Friday: Day Before Meet Walkthrough or Recovery Day if no Sat Meet
