Coach Rhone Allen Assisted Coach A in 2021 at White Knoll HS. Coach Rhone was also a standout Sprinter setting Records in the 100m, 200m and 400m with multiple Regional Championships and State appearances.  Coach Rhone received a Scholarship to Charleston Southern.

Coach Al
Assistant Coach/College Readiness Associate 
Coach Alan Alvarez, Jr. is the son of Coach A and a Graduate of NC State University where he spent his Academic &  Track and Field Career. Coach Al was a Standout Track and Field Athlete at White Knoll HS where he won numerous Regional Championships, set school records records in the 100m, 200m & 400m. To date, only the 100m record was broken by Andrew Bond who placed 2nd in the 2022 State Championship and was Coached by Coach A. Coach Al also won the 2018 100m State Championship.
